2007 season updates
Dec 15 Gordon Lee finished third in the NGAC traditional tournament. The Trojans had three individual champions in Paxton Byrd (86), Alex Spires (108), and Logan Hise (140). Will Jacks, Taylor Jackson, Blake Clayton, and Jake Moses finished second.
Dec 8 The Trojans advanced to the semifinals of the NGAC duals tournament where they lost a close match to Heritage.
Dec 4 Gordon Lee beat Trion 75-12 in a varsity match, while the JV team knocked off the Bulldogs 18-6.
Nov 19 The Trojans dropped a pair of dual matches, falling to McCallie 47-24 and to LaFayette 39-33.
Nov 17 Gordon Lee finished second among 12 teams in the Trojan Invitational. Will Jacks captured an individual championship for GLMS, while Mika Clark, Logan Hise, and Alex Spires each finished second in their weight class.
Nov 12 Gordon Lee defeated Ringgold 60-18.
Nov 6 The Trojans improved their record to 4-1 by knocking off Dade County 42-22 and blasting Rossville 71-6. The JV team stayed unbeaten, taking down Rossville 36-12.
Nov 2 Gordon Lee split a pair of matches, falling to Heritage 43-29 but bouncing back to defeat Bagley 42-30. The JV team won twice, beating Heritage 48-34 and Bagley 56-52.
Oct 30 The Trojans opened their season with a 43-42 win over Dalton. The JV team was also victorious, posting a 47-46 win over Dalton.
