Overview of 2009-2010 School Improvement Plan

Goal 1:

Improve math scores

Objective:

Based on the CRCT test, 80% of students in grades 1-5 who score at or below 810 will demonstrate a gain of at least 5 points.

Goal 2:

Improve writing scores

Objective:

Based on the Georgia Grade 5 Writing Assessment, the percentage of students who meet or exceed standards in writing will increase from 73% to 80% by spring 2010.

Goal 3:

Improve Parent Relations

Objective 1:

Increase parent communication.

Objective 2:

Expand parent/family involvement activities.
